These Terms of Use govern access to and use of adxe.com (the “Website”), which is operated by Adxe Pty Ltd (“Adxe”). They do not govern use of the advertising platform.
1. Acceptance
Accessing the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, you must not access the Website. Adxe may amend them at any time, and the version published on this page applies to your use of the Website from the date it appears.
2. The Website is informational
The Website describes the Adxe advertising network. All content on it — including performance figures, product descriptions and illustrations of the platform interface — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer, a warranty, a representation as to results, or advice on which any person should rely.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may read, link to and share these pages for your own information. You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, index or harvest the Website beyond what robots.txt permits a search engine to do, or use any part of it to compile a dataset or to train, fine-tune or evaluate a model, without Adxe’s prior written consent.
- Access, or attempt to access, any system, account, network or data you are not authorised to access, or probe the Website for vulnerabilities other than in accordance with the vulnerability disclosure policy.
- Interfere with the Website or the infrastructure serving it, including by imposing an unreasonable load on it or by circumventing any rate limit or access control.
- Transmit advertising, solicitations, recruitment, bulk messages or automated submissions through any form on the Website.
- Reproduce, adapt, republish or exploit the text, design, code or brand assets of the Website for any commercial purpose, or represent them as your own.
Security research conducted within the scope of the vulnerability disclosure policy is authorised on the terms set out in that document and is not a breach of this clause.
4. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, names, logos and other materials on the Website are owned by Adxe or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No licence is granted other than to view the pages. Third-party names and marks appearing on the Website remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
5. Third-party links and services
The Website links to destinations Adxe does not control and is not responsible for, including the third-party provider that processes submissions from the contact form, which handles them under its own terms. Following a link is at your own risk.
6. No warranty
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adxe makes no warranty that it is accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted or free of defects, and may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adxe is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Website, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law; where such a guarantee applies and may lawfully be limited, Adxe’s liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service.
8. Privacy
The Website carries no analytics and sets no cookies. Handling of information submitted through it is described in the privacy policy, and the identifiers used by the advertising platform are described in the cookie policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
